About the event
Join us for a deep healing experience under the energy of the Beaver full Moon. Andrea & Amanda invite you to another immersive breathwork experience, held at the beautiful, private, and open concept seasons spaces venue in vaughan. We call upon the energy of the November full Moon in Taurus to bring forth a release, a rebirth. We will open with meditation & journaling & then dive into our breathwork journey, then a deep guided meditation & integrate with a live sound healing journey.
Please arrive 10 mins prior to our start time of 7:00pm to get settled in. For breathwork, wear comfy clothes and dress in layers as temperatures may shift as we move through energies. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, Water, and journal.
