We will come together in a supportive and nurturing circlet to explore the profound journey from maiden to mother, a transformative process that encompasses not only physical changes but also emotional and psychological growth. Our focus will be on understanding our menstrual cycles in depth—examining each of the four distinct seasons that correspond to the various phases of the cycle. During this exploration, we will delve into how we can effectively nurture our hormones and emotions throughout these times, providing practical tips and insights on what to anticipate as we navigate this significant transition together. We will have the opportunity to share our experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a safe and supportive space.
